Although restrictions are starting to ease, large public events are currently not permitted and as such, significant changes are being made to arrangements for the 2020 Riverlights Multicultural Festival.
Riverlights Multicultural Festival will proceed, however, not in its usual format.
Instead of hosting a physical event for Riverlights, Maitland Events will bring new and exciting digital content to life to encourage community connectivity and celebration from 3.00pm on Saturday 10 October.
The digital content will celebrate the sights, tastes and sounds of Riverlights for the community to enjoy in the comfort of their own home.
Digital content will be available here on the Riverlights website and via The Levee Facebook page with a detailed schedule soon to be released.
In the meantime, planning for Maitland City Council’s 2021 flagship events program is underway.
